Enjoy unique Tasmanian honey of the highest quality. Wellington Apiary began in 2009 by Antonia and Robin O’Brien. This honey is collected from various locations around Hobart, including the foothills of Mount Wellington and around the southern wilderness. All varieties are cold extracted maximising health benefits and capturing intense flavours.
