Originally established in 1998 by chef André Richardson, Island Berries has grown to include the Island Harvest brand — a natural fit for Hobart Food Co. While we proudly handcraft our Walnutter and TassieTom products ourselves, Island Harvest joins our range through a long-standing friendship and valued collaboration with André.

We’ve always admired his restaurant-level craftsmanship and deep respect for Tasmanian produce. Including Island Harvest in our offering allows us to share André’s exceptional work as part of our mission to bring the best of Tasmania to your table — always with quality, simplicity, and care.
